I know a couple of people who went to this place and lost a lot of weight. Some of my church members went here and lost over 100 pounds in about 6 months, she was on a 1200 calorie a day diet and she could not have no solid food. She was miserable at first but she did it. The only thing I did not like what she said about the diet was they did not require her to exercise. I think exercise is the key, if your body loose the weight and you get comfortable and do not exercise that mean it is easy for you to gain it back.
