I had a water heater replaced back in September 2015. They did a great job of telling me what was wrong and how much it would cost to replace and they gave me some options. They also told me I should service it every 6 months. They showed me step by steps on how to drain it and fill it back up. Well I said I'm not doing that all by myself. So they gave me a good service package to come out every 6 months to drain my water heater and check all my pipes, toilets, sinks that kind of stuff. I was very happy with that. I give them a 5 star! :-) more

I called Immediate Response Plumbing and they had a fast response time and called 1/2 hour before they showed up. They repaired my Moen sink, my toilet and my shower. They were honest to state that I did not have a shower leak but a shower curtain problem which was leaking on the floor. They took off the shower handle cover and tested and observed for any leaks and drain leaks to find none. They worked as a team and were honest and polite to me. They cleaned the house up post any repair location and finished the job at a good price in 1.5 hours. more

This company is not to be trusted. You are taking a big risk calling them to help with you plumbing problems. These people are in the business to rip people off. Okay, this why i'm telling you this. I called Immediate Plimbing out to my house for a sewage line backup. They quoted me on the phone, which the price sounded great. 125.00. I made an appointment to have them come out next day. They didnt show up for the scheduled appointment nor did they call me. I called to see what happended, the dispatcher didn't know. I had to reschedule for a later appointment at that time, she also asked me what price was i given, I told her 125.00. She told me that wasn't the correct price it's 165.00. I didnt make a big deal at this point, I just need to get this thing done,and it was so late in the day. When they actully arrived at my house, they had already start mess around my property ,without me being home. One of the guys told me that it's only 125.00. I got so excited, thinking that they were going to be honest with me,. little did i know that was just the begining. One guys told me that I had a leak or tree branch in the line. He told me he need to run a camera to see, and that cost is extra 300.00. I told him if a give him 425.00 and without any repairs that's a lot of money to have the same problem. I asked him if he could just clean out my drain line for 125.00 he kept telling me that I had a leak. He final agree that he would use the camera. After the camera use ,he told me that it would be 1800.00 dollars to fix. I thought omg !! THIS ALL WAS A BIG FAT LIE!! I called out another plumber next morning and they cleared out the drain with camera views for 162.00. I was told that I didnt have a leak no where, the plumber had me view the pipes with him. I told the new Plumber that the other company said that they saw a leak from he's camera view. The plumber asked me was there any water in the drain piper , I yes. He than informed me that you can't run a camera if there's water int he way, so again Immediate Plumbing are BIG FAT LIARS, in to take you money. If I was you I would call them to Eat My Sh!!t, not help with my sewage. If they had been honest with me I could have had my problem fix at 125.00 , because the other company did what I paid the a$$es to do.\r \r \r \r \r more

I called my warranty company to get a plumber out immediately. \r \r The warranty company provided me the number for Immediate Response plumbing and the company contacted me to set up an appointment.\r \r The crew diagnosed and explained that there was sediment I didn't understand and they were knowledgeable on what caused. I never knew that you had to drain a water heater every 6 months.\r \r My warranty company only covered part of the cost with the policy I had and the other cost I paid myself which was a good price. \r \r I am back to being a happy camper with a new water heater and hot shower more

Immediate response plumbing did some tunneling in my yard to fix a pipe that a tree root had broken. ran a machine down the toilets and resolved my issue before the other guest came over. I had a slab leak detected not covered by warranty company but will have this company back out to do that work. \r \r BBQ was a success and thanks to the great work of this company........\r \r \r Maryann more

good job to this company. My techs were good. \r \r I bought a fixer upper home and to my luck the plumbing and sewer line had issues. tree roots had grown thru a busted part of pipe under the ground. I have AHS and knew this item was not covered so I was not happy but I new this is a chance when buying fixer uppers. \r \r had the yard dug up the tunneling portion went quicker then I thought and very reasonable price. \r \r If I have any other issues. Being a homeowner I could not figure out why my pipes rattled in my home. To find out my PSI was at 85. The technician explained to me what to much water pressure does. I had read many reviews of this business and was skeptical. We have AHS. Immediate Response was sent out to check on our water heater. I was very impressed by the men sent to our home. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and were not smokers. Granted, we did have to pay a bit extra for our new water heater installation, but what with city codes changing all the time, it couldn't be helped. They let me know that the previous plumber who installed a new (supposedly) water heater in December 09 put in a 10 year old heater that was past its warranty date when it was installed! It burned out and kept tripping our circuit breaker. I felt I needed to write this review because Immediate Response has gotten a bad rap from other reviewers and that is not what I experienced. They were First Class all the way around and would recommend them to anyone. They treated me very well. more

OK repost. This all got finished just before Christmas. . .it started in September. They still have not completed the job as they wrote in the final quote to the insurance company that included changing the drain situation in my garage. The hose from the new washer blocks the drain hose coming from my water softener. I have sent e-mails, called and still have not heard from anyone. A plumber came in December and didn't see any problem and tied the washer drain onto the drain pipe that also has the softener on it. Now, evey time my softener cycles I end up with water all over the floor. I guess I will have to cut the tie and put it on the illegal drain I have going to a hose outside that waters the grass when the washer drains. Pros: null Cons: null more

Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from because the experiance I had with this company was excellent. The plumber that came out to my home took his time in explaining the problem we had and the steps that needed to be taken to resolve the issue. I will be using this company again and will also be reffering friends and family to them. more

I contacted my Home Warranty company about an issue I was having at my house and Immediate Response was sent to my house. The techs they sent over were very courteous and diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately, the home warranty did not cover the problem but Immediate Response had the proper equipment and knowledge to expedite the repair. They gave me an estimate and executed everything they said they would complete. I will definitely use them in the future. more

If you are looking for a company that has an above average response time and professional service then this is the company to call. Had a leak in my front yard, I usually try to do my own repairs but this time it was beyond my ability, since the water was off to my house I wanted a plumber in a hurry. These guys showed up had my leak fixed in a short time, the price was fair and I now have a GOOD PLUMBER in my address book. Thanks for the great service! more

It was a Monday doing wash when all of a sudden water started coming from the bottom of my washer. Turned off the washer but water continued to flow (have wood floors). Called a friend and she referred me to Immediate Response Plumbing they sent a plumber to my home found that the connection for washer had started to leak within an hour they had my leak fixed, cleaned up all the water and basically had to calm me down as well. Since I am a senior citizen I really had to pat this company on the back for helping me. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of fast and good plumbing help! more
