Went to Images Salon today and had the worst and most horrifying experience of my life! I asked for a specific dye job and what they did to my hair was a complete joke! Not even remotely close to what I wanted. It cost over $100 to have someone destroy my hair. Hell I coulda done it for free!!!! Don't ever waist your time or money in this place. They have children working fresh outta a beauty school the probably went to in a garage somewhere. 5 hours $115 later I just want to dye my hair back to it original color. Anything is better then this!!! more

Images is amazing. The location is convenient. The people are courteous and professional. The cosmetologists are fun, educated, proficient, and really focus on making you happy. From the time you walk in until you walk out you will be feeling like you are appreciated and pampered. I really love having Ryan do my hair. His positive energy and attention to detail make the experience even better. more

Super people!!! 10/22/2006

This was one of the only salons that I called that I got and actual person on the line and not an answering machine for one. The front desk person was really polite and helpful. The stylist was fantastic. His name is Lance and if any one needs a stylist he is one of the best I have every been to. Lance was really caring and attentive. He knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. My hair was looking fabulous when I left. He gave me exactly what I asking for and he styled it perfectly. What a great hair day for me!!
