First, I will have to say the Restaurant was visually beautiful. Just, what we wanted for our friend's birthday. We arrived early to eat before the music crowd came. We were going to eat outside but the music, while very good was too loud for us to talk. Went inside where the restaurant was empty. It took them hour to get our food to us, with not even a cracker on the table. We purchased a SFD certificate which we validated with them. Two of the meals were terrible (not made as per our request) send back twice. The manager Steve said they wouldn't take it off the bill. He argued with us and was very confrontational.\r
Next there were so many unnecessary charges on the bill, i.e. being charged $3.95 every time they refilled our ice tea glasses a couple of inches, we were charged $10 for a salad that was supposed to be included along with un-edible items that were sent back. In the end, they refused to honor our SFD coupon - stating that we had a special that was not covered. \r
Over all we were insulted, exhausted and very hungry when we left. Steve, the manager, acted like a kid, was very unprofessional and completely clueless on fine dining, food preparation, and friendly customer service. We have a SFD $30 coupon that they didn't honor if any one wants it....We will not be back!
