I went on two interviews through this company for a job at the same place. The first interview went great but I didn't get the job. No big deal. It is what it is and it's not the staffing agency's fault if I wasn't picked.
There was another opening for the same job in a different dept at the same company. I was set up for an interview. I woke up in the morning and spent much time getting dressed. Took the 25 minute ride out to the office to be told that the interview was canceled because the job was filled the day before and Ilese was supposed to call me to cancel. I tried calling them and no one, not one person in the office, picked up the phone at 3:30 pm so I left a message with the owner of the company (it's a small office that staffs only 3 people). That was almost a week ago and I still haven't received a call back to apologize for sending me on an interview for a position which was already filled.
If my experience has been 50% bad than chances are they don't professionally run their office. They never pick up the phone when called and rarely call back. Yes, the job market is low right now, but that doesn't mean that the people looking for jobs should be treated as if they don't matter and our time is irrelevant. The company is very unprofessional and refuses to admit when they make a mistake. They have the attitude of burying their head in the sand when they don't do the right thing.
Cons: Never pick up the phone, never calls back
