Excellent! The guide was on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgable about the city. The tour was very personalized, only five other guests were with our group the day I went. Transportation was in a clean mini-van with amplified sound, cupholders for our coffee, etc. We toured beautiful neighborhoods where a bus obviously could not go because of the terrain and turns. There was an obese person who had difficulty getting in and out, but the rest of us had a marvelous time--one of the best experiences I've ever had.
