You did it... You solved all of my problems and my unknowns.
What I most appreciate is that you didn't start telling me a bunch of things that you were unable to deliver. You did a wonderful job managing what my expectations were.I always felt like I knew what really happening and that I wasn't promised things that that weren't realistic.
