Great place for steak! I brought my mom here - we had a great waiter - the lobster bisque was a bit salty, bit they were very apologetic and brought us serving else. We spent two hours over dinner - mom had fantastic rack of lamb- I had NY strip. Perfectly cooked - the bread pudding was divine with cinnamon ice cream. I highly recommend it. more

My husband and I went there for valentines day recently and we found the food to be average. We both agreed that we love Ruth chris better. Older crowd. But for 100 dollars we would much rather be happy at Ruth chris. I found my filet to be a bit dry even for medium. But all in all we had a great time more

On January 22nd 2011 I took my girlfriend out for dinner. We actually had no idea what we wanted or where to go. We decided on III Forks. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The staff was attentive as well as friendly and knowledgeable. As it was a birthday dinner Chris our waiter made sure everything was just right. Amanda took a birthday picture and gave it to us as a souvenier. When dinner arrived it was absolutely scumptious. I would highly recommend III Forks to anyone looking for an above average dining expierence. The price was commensable with the food and service. We will be back. more

They make a great attempt, but it doesn't come close to the benchmark, Capital Grille. Onion soup was cold, baked potato was undercooked, ribeye was thin and not cooked as ordered(over-done). more

Loved the elegant setting, dual sided fireplace, dark woods and all the nicely polished glassware glittering as you walk to your table. I had the wedge salad to start and the Ribeye for my entree, then finished with the chocolate cake. This place screams of a great Texas steak house. more

My husband and I dined at III Forks for the first time on Easter. They were offering a 3-course prix fix as well as a limited menu. My husband had the chateaubriand (prix fix) and I ordered the 10oz prime rib. We opted for the four-cheese potato and sauteed spinach for sides. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse (prix fix) and cheesecake. The meal was excellent. Definitely one of my favorite dining experiences all around. The decor - mahogany woodwork for the steakhouse feel but not stuffy. I didn't feel like I was sitting with my grandparents at Morton's or Barrymore's in Jupiter. They serve only Prime steaks which we liked.\r \r I highly recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely become regulars. more

Rare Filet Mignon was best i've ever had, waiter told me that the filet was graded prime and was better then the choice beef others use. I usually get ribeyes but the waiter talked me into trying filet. WoW! he also had me try a petite sirah from Trinitas, only$47 for abottle. waht a great night. more

III Forks is by far the best steakhouse in South Florida. I have dined at III Forks in Dallas and Austin, and I'm happy to report that the Prime Steaks here hold up to Texas high standard. I believe the creamed corn in their best side dish. Melt in your mouth NY Strip for dinner and Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding for dessert. The Sommelier brought by some killer wine and mentioned that when Michael Jordan was in he liked it, too. I felt like a star from the moment I walked in the door !!! Love this place !!! more

Solid steakhouse. Did get My steak a little overdone but they quickly replaced it as they have super service and the entire staff is friendly. Not as good as capital grill or mortons however, at least in my opinion. more

Great ambiance and feel. A better value than Morton's Ruth's Chris and Capital Grill as well. The entrees come with delicious sides of cream corn, tomato and onion and mash potato and gravy. The wine list is exceptional and the sommelier Bob Dillon is always a great help in finding the ideal pairing for your meal. Need something, just ask. The service is as good as it gets. Our favorite restaurant in northern PB county. Great live music in the bar Thursday-Saturday too! more

I love coming here. Service is usually good but at times so busy you feel forgotten. Yet the steaks are wonderful.. The walnut salad is one of the best I've ever had. At times my wife and I have their shared special at an extremely reasonable price. more

I've been to steakhouses across the country and III Forks is the best. You don't have to pay for side items because they're included in the price of the entree and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. The prime beef is wet-aged and is the best in South Florida. I have heard of III Forks from Texas and I was excited to see them here in Florida. I believe they will be opening locations in Hallandale and Jacksonville soon. It is a must visit when in Palm Beach Gardens !!! more
