I have been to them quite a lot over eight years. My experience is to shop around to see what a new part costs before going there, also take someone with you to inspect the part you are looking to buy. Their language can get a little crude at times. They always stipulate that they do not give refunds at all! So, you either have to settle for what they give or sue their asses.... Your experience with them will depend on how well you are prepared going in to them. I have bought junk before, and I have been quoted prices that rival new for the same part. So DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE! more

Poor customer service 10/27/2010

I have been to this facility two times and both times the experience was horrible. Very poor customer service very rude and the whole place is a cluster #@!#@. On the last visit I bought a used computer unknowing that it cannot work on any other vehicle then the one it was programmed for. They sold me the computer and told me that it had to be reprogrammed but it cannot be programmed, what a scam. I just spent 85.00 to buy their garbage. They did offer me a credit but it would have to drive 2 hours to get it and another 2 hour to use it. In total, 50.00 in gas! I will never use this place again and recommend you don’t either. more
