I wanted to get back into shape and being in my mid 40's I never thought it would be possible. I wanted to find a good cardio workout I could do a few times a week. I was tired of the cardio equipment and classes at the gym. It took about 3 months, but I've dropped a couple of pant sizes and feel great about myself. I've never worked out so hard and and had so much fun doing it. Just because your over 40 years of age, doesn't mean you can't get back into shape. Go to a class, you'll love it!
