I recently went to I Do, I Do to start shopping for my wedding gown...most people would understand that this is a huge deal, right? Of all the people, you would think that a place titled, ""I Do, I Do Bridal"" would understand this the most. I was told over the phone when I made my appointment that it would only be an hour. I didn't think anything of it at the time, I just firgured thats the time you are given to have a personal assistant there to help you. I didn't know that when your hour is up, you pretty much have to get dressed and will no longer be helped. The girl told me to pick out 8 dresses and that we would go from there. So we did. As I was trying each one of them on, she was helping other people too, so I was standing around waiting on her to help me zip/button up. Oh by the way, they didn't let my friend come in and help me get dressed..I got to try on four out of the eight dresses that I picked out because I spent half of my time waiting on her. She told me that I had 5 minutes left. I told her that I wanted to try on my other dresses. She told me that I had to keep things moving along because it is a Saturday and there are walk-ins. I am sorry, but I live an hour and a half away and if I am the one making an appointment then I should be getting the service. I can't believe that I was being told to leave so that the people that didn't even make an appointment can get in. So don't even bother making an appoinment, you will get better service as a walk-in. Go to Addy's, you will get great service there! Another thing, if you like the designer of a certian dress, they won't let you take pictures in their shop and they won't tell you the name of the designer until it is purchased.
Pros: Nice dresses
Cons: Terrible service
