Hysterical tattoo is rocks! I have been getting tattooed there for 16 years. Dragoneyes review is hysterical. He clearly states in his review he missed his appointment. \r Hey dummy what do you think they take a deposit for? To make sure you show up. Did you call before you missed your appointment? Do you know they work to pay bills like the rest of us? Thier time is worth money also. Not just your. Clearly you can read because you wrote your review but didn't read thier policies on deposits. ( Which I'm sure you recieved at deposit time)\r Stop Whinning because you f-ed up. I'm sure you will find some else to do your tramp stamp or your chinese symbol for whinner. I liked the girl, she was good at explaining the process and keeping me relaxed, but she pierced my belly button way too deep, now i can only wear custom ordered belly button rings - and only in the largest size available. its kind of inconvenient and annoying, but i cant really do anything about it now. The main piercer, Bill, is a highly experienced piercer and tattoo artist. Clean, professional, friendly, funny, informative, personable, affordable... all within an unique and quaint parlor in the Historical District of Ellicott City. $30 is the flat rate for *most* piercings. (You can't beat that price!) There's plenty of pictures and things to look at on the wall while you're awaiting the dreaded needle. Not too many things to complain about, however, do call before going to the shop... 1st, they are not open on Mondays and 2nd, since Bill can multi-task, if you're going in for a piercing, make sure that no one is scheduled to get inked... otherwise you may have to wait a while. On a personal note, I have gotten 5 piercings from this establishment, and I would never take my business elsewhere. Need I say more? Pros: Affordable. Very knowledgable professionals. Clean. Friendly. Funny. Fun location in Old-towne Ellicott City. Free parking. Cons: Not open on Mondays. Piercings requiring 2 or more holes will be more costly than the norm ($30) piercing. more
