If you have anything wrong with your room or your stay, good luck because you will just have to just deal with it.The General Manager Jody, will just argue with you and deny any problems. The director of operations Anthony, will dispute your claims online instead of contacting you directly. So its all a big show to the public, everytthing is fine , there are no problems here and were sorry for your bad experience , now go away!
