User Caution \r I used Huntington Cleaners because they were local and looked as if they were professional and stable. What I got after using them was a ruined brand new just bought suit (they washed it!)\r I called as a concerned consumer and asked what had happened to my new suit and the lady that I was transferred to knew right away what color the suit was and what had happened and said bring it in so we can see it. \r Now here’s where it all falls apart….after I did this they started circling the dry cleaning wagons and kept putting me off because the right person was not there to handle the mistake. Then they started in with “well” we did nothing wrong and we can have the suit tested to prove that and it’s not us it’s you! This is a company that is not honorable and when they make a mistake they do nothing but blame shift and wait until their feet are held to the fire (as in law suit). Is this the type of cleaners you want in your community? Is this the type of cleaners if you’re a professional you would want to clean your expensive items? What makes this even worst is that they tried to cover it up and they charged me for a service that they didn’t do. That’s what most people would consider fraudulent practices when a company charges you for a service and then misrepresents themselves that that service was done. \r Please don’t use these people and if you are using them now ask them what is their policy if they ruin your clothes? \r more

No stars from us for Huntington Cleaners!! Our neighbours had a fire, we had smoke damage to our clothing. We contracted with Huntington to do our drycleaning. What a fiasco!! As a professional I wear a lot of suits. Huntington lost some of my clothes. I received jackets without slacks, slacks withour jackets, skirts without the matching tops, a hand embroidered dress purchased in Cancun and more, all valued at about $900.00. I called, I sent a list, I called, I sent a list. They finally found one pair of my slacks but claim there are no other items? What happened to my clothes??? I would NEVER recommend Huntington cleaners. they were rude, inferring that I had so many clothes how would I know what they took or returned!! Well if you have a suit with no jacket, or a jacket with no slacks or skirt, etc, you know!! The dress was purchased to wear on my anniversary!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my insurance company. Huntington Cleaners will be removed from a vendor list from my insurance company. As for the BBB, this is not the only complaint they have about Huntington!. DO NOT USE HUNTINGTON CLEANERS!!!!! more

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!! Could customer service get any worse. Items were lost or stolen, my wife's fur coat was ruined and her wedding gown came back pink. My sales rep was rude and left a nasty message on my machine which I will be posting on utube. Beware do not let CRDN touch your clothes. I would never recommend crdn to anyone. How are they still in business.? Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
