I have driven Hondas only since 1980!! In fact my first Honda bought from Craig Hubbard was at Huggins in 1985 so it feels a bit like I came home to buy this 2012, I think you could say I am a satisfied customer. more

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Huggins. And for the second straight your staff did not disappoint. My car buying experience was everything I remember and the sale staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our sales person AJ made buying a car from Huggins again a "no brainer." So with that said, I wouldn't hesitate for a second in going back in the future for my third Honda purchase. more

I would like to share with you my experience on 9/27/10 at Huggins Honda. I had been awaiting a survey from American Honda regarding my experience and to date, have not received one. However, I feel it is so important to let you know how a potentially upsetting situation was averted by your Service Director, Steven Crawford. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each and every one of them. By providing pertinent information to the customer about the brake issue which has now affected my vehicle (2009HondaAccord), I have not only a better understanding of the process of obtaining my reimbursement, but how the issue has affected Huggins as well. Mr. Crawford took the time to assure me that Huggins Honda stands behind their vehicles, but they also stand beside the customer. As a first-time Honda customer, he reassured that the employees of Huggins Honda are there for me and truly have a deep vested interest in the satisfaction of their customers. Time and again, I have been shown not only reliability but also respect by the employees of Huggins Honda. My deepest appreciation for Mr. Crawford’s time and attention on September 27, 2010. more

Love it!!! 10/11/2010

I just wanted to take the time to really thank everyone at Huggins Honda for making my life so simple and affordable! I stopped by this past Saturday and just wanted to take a look at the cars and that’s about it… didn’t really need a car but one of the sales consultants really gave me a great experience and I was so tempted to buy… so he sat me down and explained how easy it is to purchase a car! So we had a one on one and now I’m driving a 2010 Honda Accord! I love my new car and wouldn’t change it for the world! more

No gimmicks, no games 7/10/2010

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Huggins Honda! This was my 2nd purchase from Huggins and even though my first experience was good, I believe my 2nd experience was even better! I would definitely rate my overall experience with Huggins Honda as ‘excellent’! The entire team, including Billy Slater, worked hard to insure my satisfaction. As much as I loved my 2008 Honda Accord, I honestly love my 2010 even more. Very Good Price and Service! 6/28/2010

Good: I liked that they treated me so well and that they gave me such a good price without having to argue back and forth for hours. Plus they gave me a great deal on the Toyota I traded in!. Bad: It is far from where I like and hard to find.. Other: Overall, this is one of the very best experiences I have had in a car dealership, and I will return for service and to purchase my next car. Everything was just so professional from begining to end. Deal with their internet department. Also, they have an extremely good Service department.. more
