I had heard Nemet was a huge dealership with a lot of cars/brands. I wasnt really sure what I was looking for, I was just looking. But once I had an idea I knew I was going to buy it from nemet. While I was just browsing around getting ideas the salesman on the floor offered his assistance, even when I told him I wasn?t sure he just joked 'who is' Then proceeded to tell me about each model I showed interest in. He was very helpful and was a major factor in my decision to buy a Volvo. It's the perfect car for me and my lifestyle and that's what I need. The sale was smooth and easy, no trickery, no Bul**** and I left with my car that day. Great experience, great dealership and great staff. I highly recommend them. more

I have a 99' Civic which never gave me problems, but then out of nowhere the car just wouldn't start. I was heading to work when the problem first occurred and it caused me to be late, so that night when I returned home I went online and looked for mechanics and dealerships that do repairs. I found Hudson Honda to be one of the closest to my house which would cut down the towing cost.. So I called them and spoke to someone in service and made an appointment for as soon as possible. Which thankfully they had an opening the next day. They did the usual tests, the battery was fine. So they had to look at the engine which took some time, but not a lot. The wait was reasonable honestly, compared to some other mechanics I've been to it was relatively fast. It ended up being the distributor and the labor, together it ran me a little less than $400, which is a fair price. They ordered the part that night and told me my car would be ready the next day, in the late afternoon. I did look up the parts I'd need before agreeing to anything to make sure I was not getting ripped off, but they charged me the cost of the part and labor and no more. I knew the price was fair and there was no way I could fix it myself so I was willing to pay the labor fees, happily. My car was as good as new the next day, right when they said it would be. I couldn't be happier with how it all l went. I wasn't ripped off, or lied to like many women are when they get work on their cars. I was treated in a friendly manner and my car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Great dealership for service, they have very nice employees who make you feel comfortable and speak to you in a way where you actually understand what's wrong. Let's face it not all of us are professionals, we don't know some of the parts/terms... but they 'dumb' it down so the customer can understand what work they are doing and why. I appreciated that. I recommend them for service and repair. They do a good job for a fair price. more

I have never had any issues with this dealership, in fact it's one of the best I've been to. They always complete my service in a timely manner and the price is fair. The gentlemen I've dealt with were always friendly and honest. I was always shown common courtesy and greeted instantly any time I came in, even when the shop was busy. When I did have to wait, it was never for long. They at least put in the effort to acknowledge my presence, unlike other places I had been to. In fact they usually go above and beyond to makes sure I'm comfortable. The staff is and always has been very professional, plus they get the job done promptly. I couldn't I hope for more.. I've never purchased a car from Hudson, but if their sales is anything like the service I'm sure I would! They have been nothing but good to me since day one, so I will continue to get my cars serviced here and recommend them to people who ask. - happy/returning customer more

I must say Johnny is the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only does he know what he's talkign about, but he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He talked us through the process, step by step and explained everything that was going on. Plus he made sure they gave us a good deal! I couldnt have been happier with how well it all went down. Im sure there are other great staff members, but i recommend asking for him. I have told several of my family members and friends about Hudson and all those who have gone had good expiriences so I will continue to swear by this place. more

Good selection of Hondas. Never pushy. Very good. Sales people are friendly NOT rude. Miguel didn?t try to hide anything in the financing part. I hear they have good service dept too. We?ll see when I bring my car their in three mos more

I bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX from them 3 months ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts - and never giving me an invoice of what was done - they gave the car back and a day later decided that it was ""bad gas"". They want my insurance company to pay for it - they will be doing an extensive investigation on this. All in all they have poor service - not very informative - they do things without telling you first or with your approval and then expect you to pay for it in the end. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone Cons: No Parking more
