As a homeowner, this is a Company you will definitely want to stay away from. First, one of the main Sales people & Owners is extremely rude. In my case, I purchased two different jobs. In both cases, he quoted & sold product with one spec & then furnished with a lesser spec thinking that I (as a customer) would not notice. So now I have products in my home that I did not order nor want & I can not get a corrected billing. In my opinion, he is dishonest & uses this as a way to increase his profits. In my first bathroom, I ordered Shower Doors & Mirror. The mirror was to be 1/4"" mirror with 1/4"" bevel (in writing). The mirror is 1/8"" mirror with 1/4"" bevel which I did not discover until after installation. Still charged me higher price. My second bathroom, I ordered 1/2"" CLEAR STARFIRE (low iron) Tempered Glass with Shower Guard which both of these are a significant upcharge. The low iron glass takes away the green tint that you get with 1/2"" thick glass. This was all in writing & ordered accordingly. When doors were installed, I realized that they were green & upon advising the installers, they called the Salesperson, who appeared to not know what had happened. After pulling the label from the glass & going to the website to verify the glass that was at my house, sure enough, it was just the standard glass with the Shower Guard (not the Low Iron). I agreed to accept it with him correcting the billing. I still cannot get him to do so. In my opinion, no one would have ever owned up to it if I had not caught it. My first bath was done in November 2013 & I did not realize they had given me the wrong mirror until just now. Communication is horrible. This particular Salesperson thinks he can do whatever he wants & the customer has to live with it. As of right now, I have NO resolution on either case. I am waiting on mirrors to be installed in my second bathroom that was a nightmare to schedule. After the measuring was done for the mirrors, I kept asking for a quote & could not get. When I started pressuring him for a quote & an approximate install date, all of sudden, he said that he had already cut the mirrors. (This is because I was threatening to go elsewhere). This happened from late one afternoon around 5.00 (nothing was happening) until about 9.00 the next morning (now the mirrors are cut). REALLY! That's weird. You were closed. So now even though I had not given him an order because I didn't have a quote, I decided to go ahead with it since (he said) they were already cut. The day before install, I finally get a price & the price is almost twice the price of other quote from other Glass Company in Chattanooga, Tn. I am sitting here this morning waiting on them to show up to install the mirrors & they are late of course. Also, the shower door that they installed in my 2nd Bath has a chip in it from their installation. Waiting to see if that will get fixed. Who knows how all this will turn out but I can say that it has been the most stressful situation that I could imagine for such a small portion of my overall project. I also failed to say that they held up both bathroom projects from completing on time due to their slowness to schedule & respond. The first one was held up several weeks because of the shower doors. The 2nd one has been held up because of the mirrors & these are just standard mirrors that they have in stock that can be turned around in a couple of days. Because they are being put into frames, there is nothing special about them. Save yourself some stress and go elsewhere. Trust me!\r
As a follow up: Installers have just left. Cut out for outlet is incorrect so mirror will not fit. So here we are for another week. Will this never end? Also, had them take a picture of chip in my shower door. He is not sure if it can be buffed out. So another problem to be solved.
