We cancelled our order for a refrigerator when they are unwilling to schedule delivery at an acceptable time. The Delivery Department Manager was totally unwilling to make any changes and referred us to the store. I then had the ""pleasure"" of speaking with Selena. She was absolutely uninterested in helping to solve the problem, offered no suggestions and basically had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. We chose to leave it. Because of her horrible customer service $2000 walked right out the door. We chose to buy somewhere else. I never be in again. My recommendation is avoid Howard's if at all possible. Never, ever let Selena help you.
