The place was nice. My family and I arrived late at night but it felt safe being there. It's very conveniently located at the city and it's close to gift shops. The room is all good. more

The new mgr..of Howard Johnson Enchanted .Mary R..is a top notch! when something needed to be done..she was right there hands on or sent someone.She is caring and professional. Her staff were ALL equally as nice. Coorporate should invest in some upkeep. Otherwise..5 stars for customer service. more

Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a family emergency and was satisfied with the hotel and staff. If you are simply looking for a clean, comfortable room, you will probably not be disappointed with this hotel. We would stay again without hesitation. more
