This is the worst dental practice ever. They charged me $162. for nothing. They did xray my teeth which took for ever, one assistant would start, be called away to another station, another one would asst and another would come would come in. The dentist that began a;most immediately called from the room to go to another room without telling me she was leaving for good. Another dentist (I guess that's what she was, she never said) came in and I asked where she went and the person said oh, she was called to work on someone else. I suggest you never visit this business, I felt as though I was in another world. more

Conveniently located on FM 1960 between Perry & Jones, my family and I went to this office approx. 15 times between us from 2005 to 2009. Our dental insurance company chose them for us after we relocated to this area, and we trusted their judgment. BIG MISTAKE! The counter help was consistently unprofessional, rude, lazy, uncaring, and inaccurate when it came to: (1) Computing debts owed &/or payments made (OVERCHARGED US & INSURANCE CO. BY THOUSANDS & REFUSE TO SHOW US BILLING RECORDS); (2) Greeting patients (THEY BASICALLY IGNORE YOU UNLESS THEY MUST TALK TO YOU); (3) Returning patient calls (DID SO 1 in 15 TIMES over 4 YEARS); (4) Ordering &/or delivering dental products (IMMEDIATELY WANTED & TOOK OUR $$ BUT 3 of 5 TIMES WE DID NOT GET THE SUPPLIES WE PAID FOR, NOR DID WE RECEIVE A REFUND); (5) Record-keeping (DENTIST IGNORED PATIENT'S MEDICAL HISTORY &/or DID NOT CONSIDER PATIENT MEDICATIONS PRIOR TO STARTING TREATMENT); (6) Chair-side manner (DR. JAFFERALLY'S CHAIR-SIDE BEHAVIOR IS THE WORST & HIS EGO IS LARGER THAN THE UNIVERSE. HE IS EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE & SELF-FOCUSED); (7) Bookkeeping (REFUNDS FOR OVERCHARGES STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN TO US FROM 2 YEARS AGO, and AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS & LETTERS TO THEM. MUST NOW SUE THEM TO GET OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK FOR TREATMENT THEY DID NOT DO & SUPPLIES THEY DID NOT DELIVER). My family and I would never go back to this office for treatment, nor would I recommend them, - except perhaps to a national enemy, so they could subjected to the torture & pain I got from the dentist here, because the dentist did not have a clue as to what he was doing and/or he failed to read and consider my medical history! With so many CAPABLE dentists out there, I would AVOID THIS ONE like the plague if I were you!!! more

I read some reviews that were negative on this office so I was a little hesitant to go. I have only a few Dentists to choose from on my insurance plan and this office accepted my plan so I decided to schedule an appointment. I had a really great experience from start to finish. Even though they were very busy, the staff was still extremely friendly. I love the service my Dentist (Dr. Jafferally) gave me and I am very pleased with my experience there. IT HAS BEEN TWO YEARS AND I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE A REFUND FOR AN OVER CHARGE THEY CHARGED ME, NOW WHEN THEY WANTED PAYMENT THEY ASKED FOR IT UP FRONT AND I COMPLIED, WHEN THEY OVERCHARGED THEY STATED 3 WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD GIVE ME A CREDIT ON MY CC. I AM STILL WAITING ON THIS AND IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS. THEIR ACCOUNTING IS BAD IT HAS BEEN SINCE NOVEMBER 2007 I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO INTEREST TO THIS AMOUNT. CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE ADVISE. Dont waste your time here. Dentist demanded payment up front on first visit for a crown they were to install later. We cancelled the work because of the poor service and apparent Dentists inexperience on the initial visit. The money we paid up front we are still fighting to get back.
