The website claims the following: Commonroom with full kitchen, complimentry tea and coffee, free movie library, guest phome and free computer, and saturday community cook out. The common room is nothing more than an old T.V., and a table with 4 hard chairs. There are virtually no cooking supplies, no forks or spoons. The ""free"" computer does not work. There is no house phone. Complimentry coffee and tea are a lie, and there is no saturday cook out.
The place is poorly maintained with 5 or 6 half finished jobs around the building.
The worst part about the place is that it is riddled with BED BUGS!! I was placed in a room where the management was aware of the bed bug problem. I was eaten up so bad around my neck, shoulders, arms, and legs, that, by the various bites, their has to be thousands of them. The various problems with the building could probably be fixed if the ""maintainance man"" worked more and smoked pot less.
It's quite disturbing when you pay 20 dollars a night to have a comfortable bed to sleep in only to be compensated with bites from head to toe. I wonder how management would feel if they payed someone for a place to stay and that somone purposely placed them in a room where they knew bed bugs would be feasting on them. I bet they would feel pretty hurt, like they were not a guest; just some quick cash.
Oh, and if you do decide to ever stay in such a place, do not, I repeat, do not bring any of your valuebles inside. I left my phone, and when I came back to it, my memory card with all of my pictures and videos was taken from my phone. Its sad when someone for wahatever strange reason, wants to steal your personal pictures.
