Long story short, after several days of back and forth negotiations and an apparent resolution, I was informed by Hoselton Nissan that a $8,500 omission by the financial manager ‘Travis’ was made. They assumed I would eat a $8,500 loss!! This is intolerable! Intentional or not, how can an such a experienced financial “expert” be so ignorant?!?! As a repeat customer (new 370Z) I find it even more unbecoming that such a disgraceful error was fabricated. Even worse, there was no apparent explanation or apology. Hoselton Nissan you have not only embarrassed yourself but have highly disappointed someone who was a loyal client.
