I was referred to Dr Michael Horan for some tests on arm/shoulder/neck numbness issues. I believe the tests were run satisfactorily and Dr. Horan appeared competent and was friendly. The problem is with his office staff. They are not friendly (rude) and prefer to chatter (in Spanish) to their friends rather than keep you informed of what is going on. I had a 1pm appointment and did not get ""called"" until after 3pm!! All I could get from the staff were nasty looks for interupting them and ""we always run late around here."" Not high on my recommendation list.
