Had a bad experience the first time I tried them, but my Dr. convinced me to try again. This time everything seemed fine, they took all the necessary information, Dr. had faxd scripts over to them. When I didn't hear back, I called them and was told by Dennis that he doesn't have my scripts ""maybe I threw them out"". He said"" you'll just have to get another one from your Dr."". He failed to remember that he HIMSELF called me to ask when I wanted the prescription filled a week before. When I expressed a little concern for how things operate there he stated"" then just don't use me"".
WELL OK, that's a good way to treat your customers. Just wanted to let other people know that this is the level of professionalism that is behind the counter.
