If I didn't have to put a star I wouldnt! My experience at first was wonderful! I worked with kelly townsend 3 times. At first I traded in two of my cars for a 2013 dodge ram 2500. The finance department is thee slowest department I've ever delt with. It took them almost 4 weeks to get one of my cars checks out in the mail. You've got to be kidding me. It almost went on my credit. I was not very happy at all! When I got the truck we had to buy the truck with nitrogen in the tires so they don't flex in the heat and cold. Well when we got them they needed more so we asked for more. They filled them with no problem. Couple weeks later it became very cold and the light came on. It was almost half out of 3 of the tires. Not good at all. Ends up being they filled them up with AIR! I did not pay 200 extra for them to be lazy and cheap and not fill them correctly. I made them deflat them all and fill them correctly as it should have been when I ask the first.
About a year later we traded the truck in for a 2014 car. Again took them 3 weeks for the finacial department to ge tthe check out. In this case they made it go on my credit. You can already imagine i was not happy! Ended up disputing it. But I shouldn't have to deal with that shit. Because they decided they wanted to sit on there hands and not get stuff done. When i got the caf It was fine for a couple weeks. We tried getting a hold of kelly because we had some issues. Well I was looking at my car and saw rust makes all over the hood trunk roof, ect. This should not be like this on a brand new car! Everything should be perfect on it. I went into the service department for them to fix it. They said there was nothing they can do. And the manager of the service department ended up cusing me out. No manager should be able to treat a customer like that! And there is something you can do about it fix it. So I called the owner of hoover and chrysler company. Well the manager wasn't to happy. And guess what he fixed the car. Just more hassle
