While this style of BBQ and pork belly is quite popular in Korea, Honey Pig is one of the few places to get the full experience. If you like bacon and you like it thick cut, this is THE place to get it. The cooking here is done over a heated dome rather than the traditional kbbq (charcoal, etc.)
The best part of this meal though, might be what comes at the end. Once you're done cooking your meat (alongside the sprouts and kimchi), the server will make bibimbap (kimchi fried rice) with whatever is left on top of your dome. It's a fantastic finish to your meal, because it capture all the flavors and fried bits leftover from all the cooking.
If you're a smoker, you can enjoy the ""outside"" patio, where you can grill and smoke to your heart's content, which may or may not be a deal breaker for some. This is k-town...
