Honey Lane/Xanthos Goldens is an EXCEPTIONAL place for boarding, day-care & grooming! We purchased our beautiful golden as a puppy in October 2009 from Xanthos Goldens. We have had dogs all of our lives & Finnley is by far the smartest, most well-behaved & easily trainable dog we have ever had. We credit Heidi & Steve for their responsible breeding practices. They place high standards on quality breeding, with the dog's temperament factor being given a very high priority. Finn's disposition is excellent; she is gentle & affectionate. She loves everyone she meets & interacts well with other dogs. We attribute her socializing guidance to Leigh; she has really brought her out of her shell. Finn attends their doggy-day-care once a week. She was a shy girl when she first started going, but now is absolutely "joyful" when she knows she is going to visit; she never even looks back when dropped off. When picked-up, she is happy & reluctant to leave.\r \r We would not consider going anywhere else more

Walked into the facility and was overcome by the stench of dog feces. The people were very unprofessional and I will not be returning ever again. Yes, I agree they are cheap but you do get what you pay for! more

Honey Lane Kennels is my dogs groomer and I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat the dogs like their own. My dogs also go to the newly opened Doggie Day Care at Honey Lane and they love it. Then come home after a day of play, happy and clean. I have used the kennel with previous dogs and always a pleasant experience. I have had pleasant experience with Honey Lane for the past 17 years. more

This Groomer needs a reality check.My dog got a microscope infection and I really wonder if it can from there shop when groomed in October, started scratching in November. In January when brought to be groomed she wouldn't touch him (understandably). He was in bad shape scratched hair off in spots on face and side. So took to vet that day, and he was treated and is fine now. Called to see if or how long I should wait for grooming counter lady told me owner wanted to call her vet. She never called me back. So I called a week later to find out and they now refuse to groom him. Moving on but don't recommend them. more

I recently boarded my dog here and it seemed like he loved it... in fact he was very happy wagging his tail. I never saw him act like this when leaving any kennel. The staff cared a lot about dogs, very well educated and knew a lot about dogs, and they were very accommodating. Kennel was clean and they allowed inspections at any time of the day. I will definitely use this kennel again and recommend it to my friends. more

I recently boarded my dog at Honey Lane Kennel's and I will never do it again. He came of the kennel smelling like he had slept in his own waste. His white fur was yellow and he could hardly walk. I also paid an extra $5.00 a day to have him walked. He looked as if he hadn't been out the entire time he was there. The excuse was he had a couple accidents! He never has accident's at home and he acted as if he were hosed down and kept in a small kennel. I would strongly suggest if you care about your pet send him else where. more

A friendly staff treats your dog like their own. The kennel is clean and the staff genuinely loves your dog. You can feel good about leaving your dog here. more
