I love the customer service that is provided by the pharmacy. I just have one small suggestion that I believe would cut down on the phone calls to the pharmacy and assist the customer with receiving more vital information regarding their prescription refills. It would be great if you could access the ""status of your refill. Also, the ""status"" of your fax request that is sent to the doctors. It would be great to receive the information that the fax was sent and if/and when the refill request was received by the pharmacy. Thank you for the opportunity to ""voice"" an opinion regarding improving service to the customers.
Pros: Fast service, friendly workers, flexible assistance, workers go beyond the ""norm"".
Cons: not really anything I can think of. I highly recommend>
