Home Owners Bargain Outlet, or HOBO, is a great place to shop for hardware suplies if you aren't into the super-huge warehouse stores with employees who don't know their products. It's very similar to a home depot but they seem to have staff who actually can help you with home reapir projects and fix it yourself type of stuff. On top of this they always have good specials and prices, so check it out. more

HOBO 3545 S 27 St Milwaukee, WI 53221 Retail Store We've shopped at the 27th Street location several times and prefer it to their store on Hwy 100. It's a fun store to putz in with all of their isles full of wonderful and inexpensive treasures for your home and yard. But many times they do not have the ONE thing that I need. I think that it's a perfect store to discover that "great" find, but if you are looking for a particular item, it may be a hit or miss for you. Also, buy enough of what you need because it might not be here when you discover that you'll need more of the same. Stop in when you have time - you NEVER will know what you'll find! more

Home Bargains 7/31/2005

This store is great for almost anything you need for your home. From kitchen cabinets to bathroom vanities, faucets to tile, area rugs to hardwood flooring, doors to casing to wind chimes and back. There are always seasonal items such as patio furniture and hoses, Christmas trees and decorations. They also carry paintings, furniture and cleaning supplies. You really never know what you'll find. Because they sell by the palette, if you see it and want it, you should buy it right away. It might not be there when you get back. A dream store for fix-er-uppers. more

Great Bargains 7/25/2005

There are some good bargains you can get here at the Home Owners Bargain Outlet. They do not sell lumber. But they do sell the other things you need for building. Such as tools, and hardware. They also carry carpeting and floor and wall tile. They have bathtubs, jacuzzi's, kitchen cabinetry and more also. They even carry a small selection of furniture. more

Ohhhh I love this place! They have some of the neatest things for your home and yard. Whether you are looking for a new front door or a bathroom vanity...or even the plumbing and pots and pans. You can find it here. They even carry a selection of furniture. Bedroom outfits, living room furntiure, dining sets too! A vast assortment of tools for the guys also! They carry carpeting and have the biggest selection of tile and marble I have ever seen. Lots of terrific deals are found here. You really need to stop by weekly though as their merchandise changes quickly. No REFUNDS. Only exchanges and merchandise credit vouchers for returns. more
