Never shipped. Never responded. Within one month fraudulent charges began appearing on my card. more

I will NEVER use them again. Nobody answers the emails, nobody answers the phone calls, a week ago the card was charged, nothing has been shipped. Total scammers. I think I lost $39.00 just for trusting people. more

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. When I placed an order I specifically requested for them to be careful with the he glass items and as well as medicine which I urgently needed. It took this guy 7 days to answer my email telling me it takes 2 to 3 days for processing and 3 to 5 days for shipping. He said he will email me the tracking number. 10 days have passed since them and he has not once answered the emails or picked up the phone so I disputed it with my bank. I got an email reply yesterday saying the package is on its way (still no tracking number) saying :"don't worry you will get extra at no cost ( get what extra ??????? A freaking thermometer?) I am so disgusted with Oleg s disregard for his customers. Please do not order from this guy, this website is a scam and the good reviews are all fake , they don't even make sense. more

I ordered a couple of items; one of them was missing when the package was delivered. The item cost was $7.50. I emailed the customer service, and a guy named Oleg replied in quite an unprofessional manner. He promised to send it to me, but of course my item had never arrived.... I did not contact them again since I realized what kind of "business" it was, and I did not want to deal with such disreputable company. So, stay clear if possible. more

The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude and unproffesional, borderline psycho. He was also smoking something while on the phone and exhaled right into my ear! Unpleasant, SOVIET product!!!! The inventory is not updated and what appears to be "in stock" is nowhere near being available!!! WILL NOT EVER BUY FORM THEM more

HoemApteka has HORRIBLE customer service I have ever received from a company!!! When they answered the phone, they did not greet me or ask how they can help. I explained that I had not received my order although it was paid for over a month ago and was emailed saying it was shipped out. He did not ask me what my order number was or my name so he has no idea what shipment I was referring to. He simply asked me “can you wait”. I assumed he was asking me if he can put me on hold but he was being rude saying to wait for the order. I understand that shipping takes time and things are out of his control once they are in the courier hands but his attitude and ill taste words were totally uncalled for. He ended up calling me the worst customer ever and asked me if I was having a bad day and then proceeded to tell me he was having a wonderful morning and if I would like to hear about it. At the end of the call he proclaimed that I was just looking for attention. What kind of customer service is that????? I never write reviews for anything so if I am going out of my way to write this, then service must be completely unacceptable. Clearly he lacks the personality and respect it takes to work with people I will never buy anything from this company again!! I am still in shock as to how badly I was treated. Unbelievable. more

This guy has no clue what he's doing. No place on the web site to write in shipping address. When I emailed he said to put it in comments. Second order I put it in comments and he sent it to the PO Box billing anyway and then when I wrote to straighten it out he wouldn't answer me, so I got the BBB involved. Other places to get things from.......use them. more

I used Home Apteka twice. My first order was almost okay. But instead of Mumio balsame they just send me some another cream that "basically does the same thing" they said when I emailed customer service. They never "we apologies" or any kind of sorry. They said they will send another one when they will have it in stock. Um, why not to mentional that online or at least email me later? I thought I was unlucky with my first order. So I tried them second time looking for ??????? ?????????. I specifically asked them not to send me "something else that works just like another one" but email me instead if something is out of stock. I opened the package today and, oh my no surprise there, another item instead of the one I ordered. I am not saying that it is not good, I simply do not want an item that I never used before. I buy only things that I tried and believe in. Not going to use this apteka anymore. Never Again. Ever. more

I placed an order for medicine that I urgently needed. I had not received order confirmation. My order was processed only 4 days after it was placed. I called twice, left messages. No one returned my calls. more

We had a very bad experience. We have ordered some glass items from them on-line. What a surprise - they are using newspaper "Kurier" for packaging!!!! Sure one of the item have broken in shipment. Our phone call complain did not resolve the problem. Their customer service representative used very rude tone of voice. Offer us to credit back $2 and do not "brainwash him anymore" . Never heard such a language from customer service. We do not need their the credit( $2), just an apology for a bad service. Will never use them in the future , no recommend to anybody. Marina more

This little Russian-speaking pharmacy serves the Russian community well in this neighbourhood. My classmates and friends (who are newly immigrates from the former soviet union) usually will go to this store to pick medicines and seek prescriptions and such. To them, a cozy friendly home-feeling is all they need. Price over there is okay comparing to nearby CVS and other pharmacy stores. Real nice and attentative store clerks there. more
