I always go this store despite the fact that half the time I get good service and half the time I don't. I went in last week to have some keys made and the girl watching over the self-checkout at the front of the store made a call for someone to come to the front of the store to help me. I waited patiently for what seemed like forever and the whole time I noticed that the store wasn't busy and there were workers walking around and a couple passed by me a few times before one guy stopped and asked if I needed help. He then made the keys for me right away and asked how long I had been waiting and apologized for the wait. The guy who made my keys was so nice and helpful while the girl I first talked to only made one call for help despite no one showing up and never turned around again to say it would be a while to get me some help. That trip wasn't terribly awful but it's just one of many more times that I felt like some workers were helpful and friendly while others were of no help. But I generally love Home Depot so that's why I continue to go there in hopes that the service will get better.
