IF this is the ONLY hotel ANYWHERE in Miami ... thne ok ... you have no choice... howver.. if there is a choice of staying somewhere else ... DO IT... what they tell you on the phone and what they actually HAVE available are two totally different things .... Made reservations 3 months ago - called the hotel asked two questions... do you have a shuttle available I can take for my 7:30 a.m. flight = answer YES / is there a way I can print my boarding pass at the hotel + answer YES ... \r
I get to the Hotel .. after going through what can only be described as a Three Ring Circus (with about 12 other guests that are trying to chekc in) and the room NOT being anywhere near ready to check into at 3:00 p.m. .. \r
I am told .. oh yes there;s a shuttle... but not THAT early and then ... ""the"" printer is broken so no I can't print the boading passes ... ** only ONE printer in the entire hotel ** ???? The room smelled musty, a bit over run with kids running up and down the halls ... the ""restuarant"" as they called it ... was WAY WAY below even ""decent"" the service is slower than slow and the food was ... a minus 2 on a scale of 1 - 10 ...Like I said ""IF"" thi sis the ONLY place available ... you will be ""OK"" .. be prepared if the same staff is still running this Circus ...
