Service of this hotel was so bad! It took more than 30 min to check in, more than 45 min to get our car, and more than 15 min to go to the beach because of the slow elevator. More...

Last year i had some friends here. They stayed for 4 nights and i was with them most time. The place is not cheap, but you pay for the location. The service is very good and its clean and shiny all the time. Very recommended if you wanna be on Collins. more

A pricey bargin. 1/18/2010

One of the nicer Holiday Inn's I've seen around. It's pricier yet still a good bargin for Collin's Ave. The rooms are average but the pool is nice and beach isn't far away. more

I love this hotel 4/13/2009

Every time I travel I try to stay in a holiday express. Their staff is always friendly and professional. They are quick to get you whatever it is that you need. They work with you on check in and check out times. The rooms are always clean. And the pools are very nice. more

An Ok Experience 1/26/2008

This hotel was just OK. I've been to better hotels in Miami. The staff wasn't as pleasant as they should have been. My friends and I were given attitudes when we asked questions. Since we weren't from Miami, I felt that if I need questions to be answered, they could help me. I will not be back more

Worst service 7/31/2005

Service of this hotel was so bad! It took more than 30 min to check in, more than 45 min to get our car, and more than 15 min to go to the beach because of the slow elevator. Moreover we could not get towel at front desk. The person at desk said it goes out and he did not try to deal with it. We paid for morning buffet, but could not get the coupons for that. It was totally waste of time and money. more
