Buyer beware! We stayed here in August and paid partially with a $250 pre-paid visa gift card. We discovered later that the front desk mistakenly processed the transaction on our credit card instead. By now, the gift card, presumed empty, is destroyed, along with our recourse. Did Holiday Inn Express own up to it's mistake? No. The person who handled the transaction did a cya move and feigned no memory of this. \r
This location is at best incompetent, definitely not customer friendly, and perhaps even dishonest. They won't get any more of my business, and they don't deserve yours.
