The staff and service at the Killeen location was amazing. My wife and 1 month old son and I had to stay a night after our air conditioning went out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made our night so much better. more

The girl at the counter was so friendly and helpful!! Rooms were clean and modern, unlike some of the others in Killeen.. i would recommend this hotel , and we stayed in 2 others, before finally finding this one thank you so much for making our visit with our Son so enjoyable i will definitely use Holiday Inn Express Again more

It was very clean and that is one of my priorities. Pool looked very inviting. One of your staff members Liz who is there when we arrived late Tuesday afternoon was extremely helpful and Had a nice smile on her face and I couldn't thank her enough for her help, especially informing me of local restaurants and discounts.
