I made three phone calls to this hotel to book a room for a wedding. The first two times I called the person asked me to hold, put me on hold, and then hung up on me (both times mind you!). The third time I called they asked me to hold again, being put on hold. Finally, after I had been on hold so long, the phone rang back around to them. They asked me to hold again.I was put back on hold and decided this was not acceptable! I used to work in the hotel business and this is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! I will NOT be calling them back. My family will be staying elsewhere. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Nicely Decorated and Clean! 7/27/2005

This hotel was a lot nicer than we anticipated. The rooms were nice, quiet and clean!! We had the room that included a small refrigerator and jacuzzi. The refrigerator is great, when you have a child that needs milk. more
