Absolutely Terrible 11/2/2016

Currently at Microsoft and have watched her burn through her 3rd contract employee. Googled her to find her LinkedIn and stubmbled on this entry. She always seems well spoken until you actually think about what she said and realize it is noncommittal fluff. She does not work well with others. She cannot track her own work, or her contractors for that matter. She is a director, but has a single contractor reporting to her and zero FTEs because no one wants to work for her. Her previous 2 quit because of this and the current guy will be out the door any day. She is now telling everyone that she is transferring to a new role, but the funny thing is the new role has not been approved it. What director does that?!?! Avoid this individual. more

Yes, this manager once fired my coworker in sales for "being a gossip" but would not tell her what she had said and she fired another sales man for refusing to spend his time on the floor rewriting an email that he put capital letters in. She allowed a sales manager to stay in his position after he counseled a customer on how to get phone service under a fake name when the caller admittedly had a prior bill owing for several hundred dollars. We were happy to see her leave AT&T/Comcast!!! more

Serious Problem 3/5/2014

This person was the HR Manager at Comcast and was FINALLY cut loose to peter principal at MS. She would constantly call the sales and service people into HR and write them up for using CAPITALIZATION in their emails. As a manager, I had to observe the dress downs and write ups which were disturbing when we could have spent the time mentoring our sales people. I am concerned that MS would hire an abusive manager into an HR position. If you have to deal with this HR person, have another stable HR Manager observe the interactions for the good of your career! There was a great deal of damage done and many valuable employees bailed from Comcast because of her actions. more
