In 2006, I had my 1st breast augmentation performed by Dr. Hobar. It's been the best experience for me. Earlier this month, I received a breast implant removal and replacement. I contacted Dr. Hobar in mid-August. I was able to get in to see him immediately and have my 2nd surgery. Dr. Hobar and his staff were awesome! Dr. Hobar answered all my questions and concerns & make me feel at ease. His staff was excellent too! I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Dr. Hobar to anyone considering plastic surgery. more

Dr. Hobar literally changed my life! The whole experience from beginning to end of my procedure was a dream. In Dec 2013 Dr. Hobar did my breast lift and it was such a breeze, I was up and shopping the next day. I am beyond thrilled with my results and I am so happy that at such a young age (22) Dr. Hobar and his staff took such good care of me. I was very nervous during my first consult, but after hearing exactly what he was going to do, where the scars would be, and what to expect the result and healing to be like after the surgery I was put at ease. After the surgery you have many follow ups to track your progress and make sure you're on the right path. It's been 8 months since my surgery and I seriously feel like a different person. I had a face lift with Dr Hobar 5 years ago.  Dr Hobar took his time explaining the procedure to me.  He was very careful to explain in great detail about the surgery, scar placement recovery, etc. He and his staff were available for me 24/7 during my recovery period.   My scars are not even detectable!  Most people cannot tell that I have had a facelift.  I am crazy happy with the results!  If you a an amazing doctor without worrying about being botched....use Dr Hobar. more

I had a facelift by Dr. Hobar. The care and compassion that he and his staff gave were phenomenal. My results are excellent and natural. These people’s hearts are geared toward their patients. I think he gives 6 to 8 weeks a year doing medical mission work and some of the transformations are remarkable. more

I chose Dr. Hobar for my tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery because as a youth he repaired my nose after years of childhood trauma - with beyond my dreams results and kind and skilled care. I am only 5 weeks post op and my healing has gone by without a problem and I know that it is because of his expertise, my abiding by his pre/post op instructions and nutrition requirements and most of all Dr. Hobar's gift of listening and delivering what I wanted as a patient! I highly recommend Dr. Hobar to anyone who wants a skilled and kind Medical staff and the best results of your wildest dreams. Just ask my husband! more

After meeting with several Plastic Surgeon's in the Dallas area, I decided that I would have Dr. Hobar perform my Breast Reduction / Lift in July of 2010. I like his bedside manner, as well as his comment about me wanting to "look the way i feel" on the inside. My surgery went well, and my recovery went fairly well, until I ended up with what his nurse called "cellulitis" in my left breast. I was experiencing pain and raised veins radiating from my breasts down into the stomach area. When I went into the office and spoke about the discomfort, Dr. Hobar (as well as his Nurse) looked at me like I was an Alien. I was extremely uncomfortable at the looks I was getting from both of them during the entire exam. They prescribed an antibiotic, and sent me home. I was back in the office probably 2 weeks later with the same pains that did not subside. Same thing.....a stare from Dr. Hobar, as well as his nurse (who in my opinion is very short, and rude). Dr. Hobar told me that he was sorry, but what I was experiencing had nothing to do with the reduction. His nurse told me that they would call me for my "after" photo's in July of 2011, and that was the last time they would need to see me. That was it. I felt VERY MUCH alone, and like they were finished caring for me as a patient since the surgery was done. The pain is gone, I have had no further complications, and I have also not heard from Dr. Hobar's office for my final appointment and photo's. I am VERY MUCH disappointed by the neglect, and feel like I was just a number. I should have had a final visit with Dr. Hobar,as well as AFTER photo's taken. I have YET to receive a phone call,or even a LETTER to schedule that final appointment. It is now September 2011, and I would not go back to his office at this point if they called. This is a POOR EXAMPLE of how a Surgeon and his staff should treat a patient. more

In Dec 2009 Dr. Hobar did my tummy tuck and lipo and I couldn't be happier. I have a flat stomach and my legs, back and hips look fantastic. I'm 4 months post op and still notice I'm shrinking. He is awesome! The office staff and Dr. Hobar's bedside is terrific.. UP Mom more

After a botched surgery, Dr. Hobar lectured me about how he helps people, in other countries, that REALLY need surgery, unlike those of us who choose to have elective surgery. Well, it's probably our tens of thousands of dollars that make it possible for him to travel to other countries. more

Dr. Hobar did my lipo last year and did a great job! Very good doctor, good people skills, great staff. more

My name is Rajasekar .I am from India. Dr.Hobar is my daughter's ( Nithial , age 10) facial reconstruction sugery. I am so thankful to my Lord for showing us such a wonderful person as our surgen. We are from India and my daughter has had three major surgery so far for facial reconstruction . and we have a few more to be done . she had these defects due to a syndrome . He artistic skills in facial surgery is something I admire . though we fly from India to Dallas every time for the surgery , we feel so much at home when we see him. What a fantastic doctor! He sowed up my face after I got a deep cut under my eye and now people cannot even see the scar when they look closely. He is really the best when it comes to surgery. When he gave me my stiches, he actually came out of a very long operation in which he was constructing an ear for a little girl who was born without one! He is very nice, in addition to being smart and talented. He even goes to other countries to help fix cleft palates, giving many children a whole new life. Really a great guy and the best surgeon around. more
