I found the perfect lamp, but when I tried to purchase it, they told me it was on hold until tomorrow. Ok, so I went back the next day (2nd trip) and they told them then I would need to come back at the end of the day. I left my phone number and asked them to call me in case she came and bought it so that I wouldn't waste the trip, but whne I went back at day's end, I got a long list of excuses of how busy they had been (there was no one in the store when I went in) and so they hadn't called. Needless to say, three trips and still no lamp. So then I custom ordered it, paying on the spot. I asked for someone to call me when it was ordered and give me an idea of the wait time. They said no one would be able to order until Monday. Fine, I said. But then on the following Wednesday, someone called asking if I wanted to order the lamp or not. What??? Most people don't pay in advance for a lamp they don't want ordered. The owners may be savvy shoppers, but their retail help needs some serious help.
Pros: you might love something at H&H
Cons: but don't try to buy it
