If I had any other choice for internet access I would go with it.. I hope every single day that cox cable could set up internet/cable tv access here, but I also know the town has a monopoly on internet, cable tv and phone services (land line). Have had nothing but bad experiances with this ""company."" I would recommend another provider, but sadly, the town wont allow them. My wife needs internet access for college or else we wouldn't pay for less than par service. Their customer service number was pleasent, and their tech guys aren't bad themselves.. but the front desk clerks were rude when I was signing a contract to get service. Also, side note: if you get wireless internet (the other option is dsl) then you have to buy the antena and other things needed for access. That's $180ish right off the bat, then they toss in $50 installation fee. $230 just to get it hooked up? Rediculous.. and what am I going to do with this antena when I move to another town? Toss it in the trash..
