Hinton Heights

I live in a surrounding area that this company tells their residents to park in when they remove their snow. The tenants park in front of mailboxes so we don't get our mail. The management states they do not tell their tenants where they can park during this process, however this is incorrect as I have seen the letter sent out to their residents. The management office stated to call the police and have the vehicle towed. So I ask what kind of business is this that will throw their residents under the bus even though they told them where to park. All I wanted was for them to ask their residents not to park in front of mailboxes, so called the management office. What a shame that all they care about is making a buck and not the community in which they are conducting their business. I feel so sorry for any one who is even considering trying to conduct any type of business with them. By the way our community has gone without mail for 4 days and that is just this week. Hopefully no one dies from not receiving RX coming by mail. Great Job Hinton Heights! I would not even give this one star but it wont let me submit unless I do. more

If you made the mistake of signing a lease with HH BEWARE of what WILL happen to you! Do expect no privacy in this complex, Do expect theft & vandalism. They claim that they allow pets, they take your pet deposit, $150.00 of it non-refundable, plus yet 1 more pet deposit AND charge you a monthly fee, BUT Do expect to get rid of it or be presented with eviction papers, Do expect the pool, sauna, whirlpool to be closed more often than not, Do expect to have management demoralize, scream & threaten you, Do expect to pay outrageous utility fees, it states right in the lease that utility bills can be viewed at any time in the office, but when a tenant asks to view them, they say they changed their policy and no longer allow tenants to view them, what are they trying to hide? Do expect to have to shovel to leave or come into this complex during the winter months, Do expect to have to clean up after other tenants who allow their dogs to do their business in your so called yard or get fined, Do expect a LONG wait to have any kind of repairs done, and Do expect to receive a VERY large bill upon move out to replace just about everything, carpet, fixtures, appliances, etc., this is one way that they keep their inside costs down and sock it to the tenants. IF you made the mistake of signing here, I pray for you, you will lose your sanity and self respect before your lease is up. And last but NOT least, Do NOT expect to get a positive referral when you are finally free, they lie to prospective landlords so you HAVE to stay! more
