Easy to get to. No one called to tell me that the dog was having ""stomach issues"" - we picked him up and his front legs were covered with feces, and his ""tail end"" had days worth of caked on feces. He looked thinner, ate everything in his bowl, every treat and bone he could find when we returned home. The woman at the front desk was not the kindest person, but once she saw us at the truck trying to clean off our dog - she demanded that we take him back in and let them wash him off, which was nice. I wouldn't go back though.
