The Tulsa Hills Hibdon is the biggest joke of a business I have ever seen. The workers are incompetent and unable to do their jobs. They cannot balance to save their lives. The weights come of within a few days. They cannot troubleshoot and find problems with your car. You can even tell them what is wrong with the car, but they still don’t have a clue. You make an appointment…another joke. You still wait for hours for your car to get into a bay. Then once it’s there, their crew doesn’t know what to do with it. Take your car there at your own risk! more

while i was waiting for my vehicle to be completed, i observed the mechanics horse playing around. I sat there for over an hour waiting on my vehicle the entire time i was there only one mechanic stayed busy, i guess because he is the oldest one out there. i also observed the closing time, yet at 6pm the office manager was still bringing vehicles in to be fixed, what is he thinking, that the mechanics don't have a life outside the store? just wanted to inform you about your Tulsa Hills Location. From what i observed during my wait, this store manager is lucky he still has employee's since he refuses to acknowledge the closing time. I thank God my vehicle was done by the older gentleman i haven't had any issues with it, and i haven't had to return to watch the children play around. more

You need to find someone who knows how to do alignments. I bought a set of tires and had the front end aligned. A month later both front tires were leaning all the way in at the top. Because the cam bolts were loose. I brought it back and they attempted to redo it. It wasn't long before I had a left hand pull. I checked and the back cam bolt on the left side was loose. Can't anyone hire people that can do thier job any more? more
