Absolutely horrible. They will do anything not to investigate the HOA policy in which YOU pay for and just want you to pay for everything out of your pocket. They even started to threaten me with adding attorney fees until they realized I wasn't an idiot. They hire and sustain contracts for neighborhood upkeep which are very questionable and unreasonable amounts of money. This company is about as shady as you can get.. more

The worst Property Management Company I've ever had to deal with. Any request for repairs is like pulling teeth. I'ts always the homeowners problem! They plan don't want to do their job. I always refer back to the H.O.A book and it's like still trying to convince them to do their job. It's annoying to always have to defend yourself......JUST DO WHAT WE PAY YOU FOR!!!!!!! more

This company is by far THEE worst. They put out bids to vendors who do less than satisfactory work. Here's an example. The Property Manager acquired bids from one asphalt company, that had to be rebid, and after the work had been completed, in less than 3 months, pieces of asphalt, and sealant are cracking and chipping! \r \r Our landscapers have done a horrible job. The only way we got rid of them was due to the fact that the company had been bought out, and all of the landscapers finally got fired. \r \r Our board follows the managment company's direction and advice, which is questionable at best! Our property manager controlls 14 properties, so what do you think the quality of their service is? I could go on..but if you decide to use this inept group of people, do so at your own risk!!!! more
