The crew at Hertz had the truck I wanted delivered to Medford for me to look at. The truck was here the same day. The salesman handed me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive (alone without the pressure of a salesman). I loved the truck, knew what I wanted to pay, and Hertz presented me their asking price, and it was $500 less than what I was going to offer. Sold! one hour later was out of there with a newer truck. Easy 3/2/2012

They make it a pleasure to work with them. Mostly when getting a new car instead of it being an easy process it becomes a headache, that’s not the case at Hertz Car Sales. If you don’t want the whole sales pitch and just want a new car and a good deal this is the place for you. more

Happy 2/20/2012

I think some dealers are confused between new and used cars. I saw some used cars for really high prices at a few dealers. There was no way I was going to pay that so I figured I would keep mine for some time longer. I happen to stumble across Hertz Car Sales and went in. They had really nice cars at very good prices. The staff was helpful and nice. I happy I went there. more

Hertz Car Sales was able to give me the best deal around. I got a very nice car with low miles for a really good price. There was no headache or bs when it came to the paperwork and it was very easy to understand. Im really happy with my choice and wouldn’t go back and change it. more

His time 2/7/2012

In my life I have gotten new, used and classic cars. I loved them all. It was now time to get my son his first car. We were both excited and eager to get the search started. We had looked around and found a perfect car at Hertz Car Sales. They were super nice and we got a great deal. The first of many to come! more

They Care 2/1/2012

It seemed everywhere I went nobody cared what I wanted or herd that I didn’t want a high payment. All the dealers came back to me with a high payment or some car that I didn’t like. When I finally went to Hertz Car Sales they were completely different. They listened to what I wanted and gave that to me. Im extremely happy with Hertz Car Sales. more

Happy 1/23/2012

Our last car we got was brand new and we owed more than it was worth for a while. Now that is paid off we will never make that mistake again. We wanted a newer used car and were looking for a while. We happened to stop by Hertz Car Sales and im glad we did. They had a very nice selection and many of them were certified. We found one that we loved and it was still under factory warranty. Im a happy camper. more

My Stang 1/17/2012

I was looking for a new car and had my heart set on a new mustang. When going to a Ford dealer I found out they won’t finance me. I was upset about the situation but nothing I could do. A friend told me to try to get a used car and go to Hertz. I went to Hertz Car Sales, I told them to run my credit first and make sure they could get me approved, and the results were good. Ok now for a car, I told them I wanted a mustang but not sure if they had one. With my luck they did and also the exact color I wanted. Ok so its not new but a 2010 will do and I saved a bunch of money. Im really happy! more

new tire 1/10/2012

I got a car from Hertz Car sales and about 1 week later I had a blow out. I would think they did an inspection on cars before selling them so I went back with my donut on it. They were sincerely sorry about the entire situation. They showed me the report on the inspection and it came back clear. To make things right they replaced not only the one but also a second tire just to make sure I had 2 new good tire on the front. They gave me excellent service and im truly happy. more

I had searched high and low for a car that would fit my needs but in my price range. I stopped going to the big named dealers and tried out Hertz car sales. They had an abundance selection and everything from a Cobalt to BMW’s. I was able to also get more for my buck here then anywhere else. I got a fair price for my car and I believe they would do the same for you. more

It is simple I went to Hertz and didn't get the normal BS. They were straight forward and new exactly how to sell a vehicle. They didn't gouge me when I started asking prices. They were real numbers! They told me what they could do and gave me time to decide what was best for us! I can say that I will definitely recommend them in the future. I myself will be back to purchase another vehicle this February! Thanks again more

It only takes one bad experience, to never go back. However, it only takes one wonderful experience to always recommend and go back to that company! In my case I have a great experience and will not go anywhere else but Hertz in Medford. They have a wide variety of vehicles and great salesmen. I am happy to be a part of the Hertz Family! Ty is pleasant 11/23/2011

A great experience is when you call a company, an a pleasant person answers(Ty). They walk you through there website answers all your questions without meeting you (Me). I set an appointment to meet with him and he was just like he was over the phone, pleasant. I am so happy that Ty answered the phone did what he was supposed to an answered everything for me. Came down test drove the vehicle I inquired about, fell inlove, purchased it and was on my way. Thanks so much Ty for going above and beyond most. more
