Heroman's Rickey Florists

The flower's I ordered were nothing like I purchased and over half of the arrangement was dead. Because I was not satisfied with my order, they did agree to deliver another arrangement on a specified date. This did not happen. I will NEVER do business with them again! more

valentines day 2009- received one dozen horrible looking red roses at my job. It was totally embarrassing. They were fully opened and looked as though they had been stuck in a vase with none of the stems cut- a very unsymetrical-looking arrangement. And they were 95.00. I did not have the heart to tell my husband because he was so proud of himself for thinking to send them to me. Now I just have to keep him from using them again. I should have brought them back.....but I came down sick the next day and by the time I was better the roses were 3 days old. I just choose not to use them anymore. more

Heromans had done nice but expensive flower arrangements for me for several years so when I needed landscaping I called them. They use a sub-contractor who talked me into doubling my budget and then admitted to using substandard bedding materials. We planned out the beds and then he did what he wanted using spare plants from other jobs (his admission also). None of the root balls were opened which became evident when the bedding material washed off or packed down after a couple of rains. They killed one of my 15 year old azalea's and the other two are struggling to recover. They installed gutters that do not drain properly (pool water in the middle) and are undersized. I called and e-mailed many times and they replaced two dead plants...both replacements have since died. I wasted $3,000 on a $1,200 (at best) job. Don't make the same mistake! more

Rickey Herman's is a very nice, conveniently located florist and landscape store. They offer same day delivery for some items, which is good for last minute gifts. A friend of mine did her bridal registery there and had a very pleasant experience. The staff has always been very nice and eager to help. more

I went to Rickey Heroman's last year asking for a donation for a public event - I got the donation and I have started using them exclusively. I have used their services 3 different occasions - once for a newborn baby, twice for a funeral. All three times I was complemented highly on the beauty of the flowers. When I call to order I always get a polite employee on the phone and when I have went into the store I have always been greeted with a smile. The store is full of gifts for just about any occasion. The prices are competitive and service is outstanding. more
