Neat little Salvadoran place up in Plano, that is a bakery and serves some lunches as well.
Menu is pretty limited, but they have a sampler platter similar to what you get at Gloria's - Papusa, Tamal, yucca, and Curtido. Very tasty and very fresh. You can also get some beans and rice if you want to Tex-Mex it up. They have about 10 other items I haven't tried yet. Plus they do have a large bakery, coffee, tea, etc for after your meal. Lots of natives there on my visits. If your looking to get the Lorocco Papusa, it can be hit or miss as sometimes they don't have it.
Usually small mom and pops lap the competition, but honestly, Gloria's sampler Salvadorean platter is just as good, especially since Gloria's is more of a place you would want to entertain and show people a good time with good food, and while not taking anything away from Hermosa, it is simply a place to get good food.
