Tony and Gabe was incredible! Gabe was our Sale Associate and from the moment we walked in at 10 AM until when we left (3PM) he was very professional, friendly, helpful and hilarious the whole time. My family and I came in not knowing what we wanted therefore this could have been very frustrating for any Sales Representative. But Gabe was a different story. He showed us multiple models, took us on a couple of test drives, and when we finally decided on a car, he worked with his manager to give us such an incredible deal on it! He must have lost a couple of lbs just walking back and forth from his manager to us. Poor Gabe for being stuck with us for almost 6 hours but the whole time there was always a smile on his face. We are definitely coming back to Gabe next time we need a car! \r Then when we went over to financing, Tony found a stupid mistake when made in our payment plan and fixed it. Kudos to him! This is an awful dealership! My wife and I went in to test drive a Mazda5 and fell in love with the car. We were offered a price around 20-21k plus $370 to install a mazda blue tooth radio. We decided to sleep on it over night just to be sure. While at home we saw that Heritage was advertising the Mazda5 for 18.6k. When we inquired with our salesman Sang and his manager Jason Sponseller they said we didn't qualify for the advertised price because we were not current Mazda owners and we were not active military. I then emailed Thompson Mazda to see they would honor their internet price, and surprise they do. I emailed Jason to let him know other dealerships honor their word. He returned my email shortly to say they would not only honor their internet add and install the blue tooth stereo for free.\r \r So we're in the showroom the next day for 2 hours waiting to complete the sale. We are told we'll get a call with a time to install the radio. Days go by without getting Sang on the phone. We finally find out that because of the current heat wave they can't install until the heat breaks. Two weeks have now passed and my wife has a time to get the install today. She takes time off work to sit at Heritage Mazda for an hour for the install. What she gets is a clip-on $30 speaker phone.\r \r We've called the manager Jason Sponseller several time to remedy the situation and he will not take or return our calls. Do not trust these people. I will continue attempting to get someone to help me and I'll update this entry with more info as I get more it. more
