Jodie Rice is our front desk manager. She joined Hermann & Henry Eyecare in August 2001. Jodie can answer any question you may have concerning billing, insurance, or scheduling.
Diane Newhouse works at our front desk. You will most likely speak with her when you call our office. She prepares patient information for the daily schedules including insurance authorizations.
Meet Lynn Vickers, the newest member of our staff. Lynn will greet you with a smile when you enter our office. She will ask you for current personal and medical insurance information. Be sure to have your insurance card with you! Lynn can also schedule appointments for future visits.
Beth Landberg is our licensed optician who joined our staff in May 2005. She has been a licensed optician since 1984. She enjoys helping our patients find the perfect glasses to fit their lifestyle needs and fashion tastes.
Mary Lou Eckels has worked for more then 20 years as an optician. She has been with Hermann & Henry Eyecare since 2003. Mary Lou is excellent at helping with any of your visual needs when it comes to glasses or contact lenses.
Michele Spivey is our contact lens manager and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She joined Hermann & Henry Eyecare in July 2004. Michele instructs our new contact lens patients to ensure a complete understanding of lens care and lens handling.
