Heights Super Cleaners (near the corner of Main and 20th) has ruined my clothes on two separate occasions. The first time was a sweater that they ruined in dry cleaning, with dark spots all over it. When they could not remove the spots they compensated me in credit at the cleaners. Since they compensated me and remedied the situation to the best of their ability, I decided to continue going to their establishment. During the hurricane I had 10 days' worth of laundry, and many of the Washaterias were closed. I dropped off my laundry at Heights Super Cleaners for wash-and-fold service. I honestly have no idea what they did to the clothes, but they ruined all of them. My black clothes were all faded to gray; there were numerous orange stains on the clothes; and the clothes were all so wrinkled that despite numerous washings and dryings here at my house, the wrinkles will not come out. They ruined a lot of our clothes and had the audacity to say that the clothes had to have been that way when we brought them in. They would not compensate us at all and were incredibly rude. I'm all for giving places a second chance if they have good customer service, but I would definitely stay away from this place at all costs. 20th Street Discount Cleaners is just a bit further down the street, and they are much faster and cheaper, and I haven't had any problems with them at all.
Cons: No customer service
